This atlas shows every passenger line ever built in mainland Britain, whether surviving or not. It is designed to allow users to log their own journeys.
Stations still open are shown in blue, closed stations in grey, preserved stations in purple, London Underground stations in green, stations now served by metro or light rail systems in magenta and closed stations in grey.
On some of the atlas pages there are small photographs of selected stations, and at the back there are detailed maps of the rail networks in Greater London and the other major conurbations. These are followed by a section in which the user can create logs of their journeys, with spaces to record the date and details of the route taken and trains, trams and buses used. 64 pages.
