Industrial Railways and Locomotives of South Africa Volume 2 is the second of two comprehensive volumes covering the past and present day industrial railways of South Africa. This volume covers the Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo provinces of South Africa and the Kingdom of Lesotho and Eswatini in Swaziland.
The book is divided into chapters, each covering one of the featured regions. For each industrial railway location, a short explanation of what the site is used for is provided, along with the gauge, location information and a list of locomotives to have been based at each location. For each locomotive, details such as date built, manufacturer and locomotive number are provided.
